Christmas Day Celebration

Toddlers explore and celebrate all major festivals of the county in Bodakdev School. This helps them to gain a better understanding of different cultures, as well as teach a sense of tolerance in the children.

Junior KG class conducted a Christmas assembly. During the assembly, all the children were introduced to the story of Jesus’ birth, and then they sang Christmas Carols and danced when Santa Claus entered the assembly. In addition, to help the children understand the festival and its traditions, the assembly provided a platform to express their creativity and polish their communication skills.

A grand Christmas celebration was held on campus on 23rd December. The school wore a festive look with bells, streamers and giant Christmas trees. Multiple activities were carried out the entire week in which students learnt to make Christmas goodies and cards. Tiny tots dressed in white and red participated in the grand celebration, which included lots of fun activities and a bubble show. The children then received gifts from Santa Claus, which made their day even more enjoyable. The boundless joy of celebrating the festival Last but not least, they danced, ate goodies, and enjoyed the special day.

Field Trip To Gotila Garden

To begin exploring the world independently, preschool children need to go on excursions. The school’s well-planned visits help them broaden their horizons, help them understand the world, and help them move around without their mothers in a confident manner. Besides all the benefits, school field trips teach children how to behave in public places.

A beautiful public place such as a garden brings smiles to toddlers’ faces. Tiny darlings of Bodakdev School for Children explored the Gotila garden near Sindhu Bhavan. The faces of the kids were beaming with joy as they saw the greenery around them, and they got to play hide-and-seek, slides, and a merry-go-round. As they posed for pictures, their happiness was evident.

Taking excursions allows young children to explore new places in the city. Doing so can enhance their confidence and help them become more independent by exploring these places with their teachers and friends. Students of Junior KG and Sparkles visited Gotila Garden too and enjoyed the winter sun, played on swings and loved sitting under the trees.
